Whole Wheat Banana Chip Muffins

Made with greek yogurt!

  • 1 C whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 C all purpose flour
  • 1/2 C granulated sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 C dark chocolate chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C plain fat free greek yogurt
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1 C ripe bananas, mashed (about 3)

Mix flours, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips and salt together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, beat egg. Stir in greek yogurt, milk and bananas. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients, and stir just to moisten. Bake for 20 min at 400F.
